Hi!  I’m Tony and my life runs with a glass that is always full. I love life, family and travel.  Spending Saturday evening with my grandmother and making her dinner is something I look forward to each week.  I enjoy many outside activities including snowboarding, scuba diving, rock climbing, cliff jumping, running outside and obstacle races.  

Where do you like to run?  One of my favorite running places is around a lake in the middle of my city early in the morning when the air is cool and fresh.  I also enjoy resistance training in the gym, challenging my balance and when time is short, doing my cardio on the treadmill or stair master, mixing in different high and low intensities.  Jump rope and other body weight exercises are included regularly in my workouts.

Fitness and nutrition run side by side with all of these and I take great joy spreading my knowledge and skills.  This is why I became a personal trainer.

I have three nationally recognized certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and an MBA.

I enjoy continuing education and keeping up with current fitness and nutrition trends. I have been passionate about fitness and nutrition for over 20 years. Over the years, it has been a pleasure helping individuals with their goals and being with them throughout their successes.

To me a still image can say, “that with proper fitness and nutrition, the more happy you are with yourself, the more comfortable and simple life becomes.” Just as sitting on the dock and enjoying the view.
